LAW IS EXTENSIVE. COULD BE STREAMLINED. COULD ALSO BE INCLUDED UNDER SIMILAR EXISTING LAWS, SUCH AS INTENTIONAL EXPOSURE HIV/AIDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO CREATE AN ENTIRE NEW BODY OF LAW.
