He is deeply involved in advocacy for his young patients and their families in areas of education\, healthcare\, the criminal justice system\, and social services. He works with local\, regional statewide and national organizations both governmental and nongovernmental in his advocacy role. Doors open at 11:30am\, and the event starts at 12:00. \nScott Presler is a conservative activist\, Eagle Scout\, and recipient of the Ronald Reagan Award at CPAC in 2021. He has been featured on CNN\, Fox News\, Newsmax\, and regularly appears on One America News Network. Scott organized the Baltimore cleanup in 2019 and\, with 200 volunteers\, removed 12 tons of trash from the city in 12 hours. He has spent the last few years traveling the country\, registering thousands of voters\, and training tens of thousands of volunteers. \nSimilarly\, Scott has trained conservatives how to run for office\, helping to elect mayors and school board members. Among his proudest accomplishments\, he has helped to flip Florida and New York counties from blue to red\, which directly impacted Republicans winning the House in 2022. Scott is encouraging early voting and engaging in legal ballot harvesting in an all-of-the-above approach to take back the White House in 2024.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for Secret Lunch this Friday at a new location: Bailey’s Seafood / Ema’s Cafe. Roya Boustany had to reschedule due to a court hearing. Fortunately\, Opelousas are District Attorney Chad Pitre\, who was scheduled to appear at our next lunch\, was able to rearrange things to attend this week. \nBailey’s is generally closed for lunch on Friday\, so we’ll have the restaurant all to ourselves. DESCRIPTION:We’re continuing our bi-monthly (every other week) lunch meetings at Vermilionville. At this meeting we’ll be talking about engaging with your local community for the betterment of local government. If you’ve attended any of our January lunches\, you should have received a google map with your neighborhood / precinct. We’ll be reviewing how you can use these maps and other data to help us educate the local community. If you haven’t received your map yet\, shoot us an email. \nWe’ve been charging $13 for the buffet style lunch\, however\, that rate didn’t include tax or coffee. As a result\, we’ve been losing about $2 per person. So\, moving forward\, the new rate will be $15 per person. Hopefully\, that’ll allow us to break even on these lunches. \nVemilionville is continuing the seafood tradition at least until the end of Lent (March 2nd – April 14). The $15 plate lunch this week will include their very popular seafood cornbread (which is like an étouffée style seafood stuffing with shrimp and crawfish)\, Fried Catfish\, vegetable side\, and a buttermilk biscuit.
